Formal qualificationsWe are looking for someone with solid experience in industrial production who can take coordinating responsibility for daily operations. You should have a good understanding of production flows and planning, as well as the ability to lead daily production meetings and manage production through schedules in Monitor. The role also requires you to effectively follow up on reconciliations and production data, as well as conduct quality controls and deviation follow-ups.DesirableIt is advantageous if you have experience working with Monitor ERP, which provides an edge in managing production control. Your ability to be structured, communicative, and solution-oriented will be crucial for success in this role. A practical and unpretentious attitude, where you act as a sounding board in production, will positively contribute to the team and minimize downtime through effective collaboration with service managers.
